    This Steinway & Sons grand piano has a Welte T98 “green” player piano system. One of the later Welte grand player-pianos, built in 1925.

    The grand piano has been newly french polished in black, exactly like its original finish.

    The following work has already been done:

    • New stringing, both bass strings (Heller Bass) and (Roslau) steel strings .
    • Frame reguilded in original Steinway gold color
    • All felt renewed
    • Sound board shimmed and repainted

    Has the original ivory keytops in perfect condition. The CITES agency has issued an EU certificate to us.

    The Welte green system also comes with the original pump cabinet. The cabinet has also been french polished.

    The player piano system is currently being restored.
